Planefinite

My second favorite game I developed as a student (after Cloaklyph my beloved), Planefinite is a top down shooter that asks "what if we combined 1942 with Metal Slug style powerups and Ace Combat vibes?"

The result is a bullet hell power up seeking plane shooter. Players must fly deep into enemy territory in search of their mentor, but they may not like what they find.

This game was very much a passion project for me, giving me a chance to channel my love of airplanes and Ace combat into a game of my own. This game has a special place in my heart, which is why I was able to complete it as much as I did in a short time frame and give it the love it deserves. It's also why I'm uploading it, since I would consider it among my three favorite student games.

Because of the requirements of getting this game working in such a tight time frame, please note that it may not work perfectly on all systems. For best results, run the game at 1080p on windows 11 software.
