Cloaklyph

Cloaklyph is a short roguelite game I made for my final student project. 

Your goal is to learn the ultimate spell and become the strongest wizard in the world, but the old wizard stands in your way. Defeat him by learning spells from around the world and figuring out how to use them.

This game was built around the central concept of creating a wizard game with a system for the player to memorize spells themselves, instead of unlocking them as power ups. This was so that they never felt like there were any artificial limitations on them, in hopes of making them more immersed.

It was heavily inspired by Tunic, with influences from Helldivers 2 and Wizard of Legend.

As a student project, this game is likely to be buggy and will probably not be updated into the future. As part of this, the game is only compatible with FHD displays. However, I will take note of any feedback for future projects.
